Inspired by mount Fuji in Japan, FUJI is a pot for
conscious cooks.
It features a multifunctional lid and a pan.
Technique and materials:
The lid is made of three elements: a metal lid, an inner
dome-shaped lid and a steam release valve that keeps
the two lids together. The dome-shaped lid can also be
used as a serving bowl.
The interior of this lid is made of 4 different materials:
inox, ceramics, wood and earthenware for different
types of cooking.
