The novelty of the Zen plate is the presence of a double bottom connected to the serving dish through a hole that has the function of a container for fish bones and leftovers, making it more hygienic while making the usual empty plates redundant. The plate consists of two divisible and stackable elements in porcelain. The cutlery is made in one piece of stainless steel with the exception of the scissors consisting of 2 pieces joined by a bolt and spring. A button to clip them together again can be added.
