The concept of the dome is based on the solid of a regular dodecahedron on the basis of an equilateral pentagon. In this way, its geometric, timeless form alludes to history, linking the past with the present. The universal language of geometry underlines the modernist character of the building. The modular arrangement of geometric forms creates a kind of celestial vault with the symbolic form of a star as a dominant.
