The cylindrical mass that makes up the building varies in diameter for each floor.
The cylinder is of a large diameter, followed by a smaller diameter on the third floor, all the way to the dome to be designed.
This progression governed the first idea of the dome, which is to open like a flower to show strength and continuous birth of Zepter products.
Sublimity in architecture is usually presented to show spiritual meaning, and to do so the lotus flower was chosen to reflect spirituality and sublimity.
The lotus flower that sits so elegantly above the water didn’t get there effortlessly. It worked hard and long to get there.
This is why we think about the lotus flower to represent Zepter spiritual development and sublimity. This is never truer than when we are learning, evolving and transforming.
The lotus dome that sits above the existing glass rotunda roof is a wonderful reminder that nature rushes nothing, reflects sublimity, evolving and power.
The stylized letter Z (Zepter logo) emerges from the lotus dome like stamens in the flower, indicating the company's sustainable role in production of superior quality, striking design and advanced technology.
The inner structure has a lighting unites to make the dome and letter z glow at night.
